1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers with excellence.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain brand and product knowledge.
5. Effectively handle customer complaints by coordinating with the line manager as necessary.
6. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
7. Contribute to store security by being vigilant and preventing product thefts.

1. Fluency in German and English.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Passion for luxury fashion trends and a deep understanding of the luxury retail market.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
