- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.

- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
- Strong passion for human relations and sales.
- Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the managed product category.
- Fluency in spoken English.
Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
