1. Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs and expectations.
2. Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
3. Exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) by delivering high-quality sales and customer service.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
6. Embrace and advocate for an Omni Channel approach.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in meaningful discussions with clients.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize company digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain organized store operations and stock room.
13. Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
14. Foster a positive team environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment
2. Understanding of luxury customer service
3. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships

1. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand.
