- Create a welcoming environment, placing the customer at the center and striving to meet their every need, providing exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Exceed individual sales targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Surpass KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products as well as Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop relationships, offering a personalized approach and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to discuss with customers and provide advice.
- Resolve client complaints, liaising with the line manager and client service team when necessary.
- Operate with the highest level of care and respect for the products.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues, ensuring a consistent exceptional experience and contributing to a positive working environment.
- Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
