- Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring superior sales and customer service quality.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, Prada history, culture, and brand DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM for personalized engagement and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and client service team.
- Operate with utmost care and respect for the products.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete luxury experience.
- Host and conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and stock room organization.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster open communication and teamwork, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
