- Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront, understanding their needs and expectations, and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service both in-store and through e-commerce channels.
- Exceed KPI goals by ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to offer personalized service and develop future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide informed advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
- Operate with the utmost care and respect for products.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room and participate in daily store operations.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Previous experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
