1. Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and identifying their needs and expectations.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service both in-store and through e-commerce channels.
4. Exceed KPI goals by maintaining the highest quality of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, as well as Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships, offering a personalized approach.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in informed discussions with customers and provide advice.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and client service team.
10. Operate with the utmost care and respect for the products.
11. Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
14. Adhere to company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
15. Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a luxury or premium brand environment is required.
