- Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and identifying their needs and expectations.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service both in-store and through e-commerce channels.
- Exceed KPI goals by maintaining the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, as well as Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships, offering a personalized approach.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in informed discussions with customers and provide advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and client service team.
- Operate with the utmost care and respect for the products.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Adhere to company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Previous experience in a luxury or premium brand environment is required.
