- Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront and understanding their needs and expectations.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand's philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure superior service across both in-store and e-commerce channels.
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized client relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in meaningful discussions with clients and provide informed advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Adhere to company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Foster a positive working environment through teamwork and open communication, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
