- Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying Prada's philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively enhancing service quality.
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized engagement.
- Promote an Omni Channel approach to sales and service.
- Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to advise clients.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to offer a seamless luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with Back of House for efficient store operations and stock management.
- Comply with operational guidelines, security, cash, inventory, and reporting procedures.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Understanding of luxury customer service dynamics.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury or premium fashion sector is required.
