- Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, responding proactively to customer needs in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized service and future opportunities.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain organized store operations.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster open communication and teamwork, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Teamwork and independence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
