- Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to provide superior service in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products, Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster open communication and teamwork, contributing to a positive work environment and embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
