1. Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, providing proactive service both in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products, Prada history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop personalized client relationships.
7. Embrace and promote an omni-channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Handle products with care and respect.
11. Utilize digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and maintain an organized stock room.
14. Comply with operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and reporting procedures.
15. Foster open communication and teamwork, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
3. Teamwork and independent work capabilities
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
