- Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service both in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture customer data in the CRM system to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage clients effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and client service team.
- Operate with care and respect for products, utilizing digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster open communication and teamwork, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
