- Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring superior service across both in-store and e-commerce channels.
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
- Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide informed advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
- Handle products with utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to provide a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster a positive working environment through teamwork, open communication, and embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand.
