- Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring superior service in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals while maintaining the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada's products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain organized store operations and stock room.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values and maintaining open communication with colleagues.
- Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
