- Provide an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Promote the brand's philosophy and values, guiding clients through the world of Prada.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals by delivering high-quality sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to offer personalized service and develop future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage clients in discussions and provide advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and maintain an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values and maintaining open communication with colleagues.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Teamwork and independent work capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
