1. Provide an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring the highest quality of service in-store and online.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
6. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Operate with care and respect for products, utilizing digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
10. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually, leveraging technology.
11. Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and maintain an organized stock room.
12. Adhere to company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and reporting.
13. Foster open communication and teamwork, contributing to a positive work environment and embracing diversity and inclusion.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
