- Provide an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring the highest quality of service in-store and online.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Operate with care and respect for products, utilizing digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually, leveraging technology.
- Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and maintain an organized stock room.
- Adhere to company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and reporting.
- Foster open communication and teamwork, contributing to a positive work environment and embracing diversity and inclusion.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
