1. Serve as an ambassador for the brand, embodying its philosophy and values.

3. Provide an exceptional in-store experience, welcoming and serving customers with excellence.
4. Utilize CRM and digital tools to maintain and develop client relationships.
5. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
7. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
8. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
9. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company guidelines and stock procedures.
10. Ensure a high level of security and vigilance to prevent product theft.

1. Experience in a similar role within luxury women's ready-to-wear.
2. Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an asset.

2. Problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. In-depth knowledge and passion for the managed product category.

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry, particularly in women's ready-to-wear.
