- Serve as an ambassador for the brand, embodying its philosophy and values.
- Maximize sales performance by nurturing customer relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
- Provide an exceptional in-store experience, welcoming and serving customers with excellence.
- Utilize CRM and digital tools to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Engage in cross-selling across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company guidelines and stock procedures.
- Ensure a high level of security and vigilance to prevent product theft.
- Experience in a similar role within luxury women's ready-to-wear.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an asset.
- Passion for human relations and sales.
- Problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge and passion for the managed product category.
Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry, particularly in women's ready-to-wear.
