1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Effectively address customer complaints, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Experience in a similar role within luxury women's ready-to-wear.
2. Fluent spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.

2. Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Deep passion and knowledge of the managed product category.

Previous experience in a luxury retail environment, specifically in women's ready-to-wear, is required.
