1. Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying the brand's philosophy and values.
2. Maximize sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty.
3. Provide an exceptional in-store experience, welcoming and serving customers.
4. Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
5. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
7. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
8. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
9. Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
10. Contribute to security measures and prevent product thefts.

6. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
7. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
