- Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront, understanding their needs and expectations, and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Brand philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure the highest level of service both in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring superior sales and customer service quality.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products, Prada's history, culture, and brand DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to develop personalized approaches and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers with informed advice.
- Resolve client complaints in liaison with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Operate with utmost care for the products and utilize digital tools to offer a complete luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participate in daily store operations, and maintain an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Problem-solving skills and curiosity in luxury fashion, art, and design
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
