1. Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
2. Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
3. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized client relationships.
4. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
6. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
7. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
8. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
9. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management as necessary.
10. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines.
11. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
