- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
- Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized client relationships.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management as necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
- Fluent spoken English.
- Passion for selling and retail environments.
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambition, resilience, and self-motivation.
- Result-driven and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the managed product category.
Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
