1. Provide an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront.
2. Exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the store's success.
3. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
4. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster relationships and future opportunities.
5. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
6. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage with customers.
7. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client service teams.
8. Operate with care and respect for products, utilizing digital tools for an integrated experience.
9. Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
10. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain store operations and organized stock.
11. Adhere to company procedures on operations, security, and reporting.

1. Passion for fashion, dynamic and enthusiastic.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
3. Experience in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry preferred.
4. Customer-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales.
5. Good team player and result-oriented.
6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
