- Serve customers by providing an exceptional in-store experience at all times.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
- Experience in a similar role, particularly in luxury women's ready-to-wear.
- Passion for human relations and sales.
- Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being advantageous.
Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector, particularly in women's ready-to-wear, is required.
