- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to enhance brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving line management when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
- Strong passion for human relations and sales.
- Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Proven experience in sales, particularly within the luxury fashion sector, is required.
