1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience to customers, embodying the brand's philosophy and values.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain brand and product knowledge.
5. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
6. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
7. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

1. Experience in a similar role within luxury women's ready-to-wear.
2. Fluency in English, with additional languages being advantageous.

2. Problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Proven experience in building long-term client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. In-depth knowledge of the managed product category.

Previous experience in luxury retail, specifically in women's ready-to-wear, is required.
