- Provide an exceptional in-store experience to customers, embodying the brand's philosophy and values.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
- Experience in a similar role within luxury women's ready-to-wear.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being advantageous.
- Strong passion for human relations and sales.
- Problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Proven experience in building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the managed product category.
Previous experience in luxury retail, specifically in women's ready-to-wear, is required.
