1. Act as a brand ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
2. Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
3. Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
4. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
6. Provide an excellent in-store experience, welcoming and serving customers at all times.
7. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors.
9. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
10. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
11. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
12. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
