- Prioritize customer satisfaction by creating a welcoming environment and meeting customer needs with exceptional service.
- Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Achieve and surpass KPI goals while ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client service teams.
- Handle products with care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to ensure efficient store operations and organized stock management.
- Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster open communication and teamwork with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
