1. Prioritize customer satisfaction by creating a welcoming environment and meeting customer needs with exceptional service.
2. Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
3. Achieve and surpass KPI goals while ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
4. Maintain extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
5. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
6. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client service teams.
9. Handle products with care and respect.
10. Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team to ensure efficient store operations and organized stock management.
13. Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
14. Foster open communication and teamwork with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
