- Create a welcoming environment, prioritizing customer needs and providing exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Exceed individual sales targets and enhance personal sales performance, contributing to overall store success.
- Surpass KPI goals, ensuring superior sales and customer service quality.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster open communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive work environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
