1. Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience.
2. Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
6. Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual displays, following company guidelines.
8. Contribute to security efforts and prevent product thefts.

1. Experience in a similar role with luxury women's ready-to-wear experience.

1. Passion for human relations and sales.
2. Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both in a team and independently.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
7. Fluent spoken English; other languages are desirable.
