- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Passion for luxury fashion trends and understanding of the luxury retail market.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
