1. Act as a brand ambassador to convey Prada’s philosophy and values in every client interaction.
2. Welcome and assist customers, delivering a consistently exceptional in-store experience.
3. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised service and clienteling, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
4. Proactively pursue sales opportunities and cross-sell across departments to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
5. Maintain up-to-date product, trend and competitor knowledge to advise clients confidently.
6. Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet company standards and operational procedures.
7. Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when required.
8. Contribute to store security and loss-prevention efforts.

Previous experience in luxury or premium retail sales is preferred, with demonstrated success in client relationship-building and achieving sales targets.
