1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding in-store experience.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve personal sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Effectively manage customer complaints in collaboration with the line manager.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Strong passion for human relations and sales.
2. Problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. In-depth knowledge of the managed product category.
7. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is advantageous.

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
