1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the philosophy and values of the brand.

3. Deliver an exceptional in-store experience to all customers.
4. Utilize CRM and digital tools to maintain and develop client relationships.
5. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
7. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
8. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
9. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
10. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

1. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
2. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

1. Passion for human relations and sales.
2. Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
