1. Create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional customer service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
2. Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.

8. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
9. Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
