1. Oversee and manage operations within the South East Europe & CIS region.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for market expansion.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
5. Lead and guide the sales team to achieve performance objectives.
6. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives and product launches.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or business development.
3. Extensive knowledge of wholesale and franchising channels.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

4. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
