1. Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to wholesale and franchising operations.
2. Maintain accurate and organized documentation for client transactions and agreements.
3. Collaborate with the department in the coordination and management of buy-back processes and maintain records and documentation related to buy-back transactions.
4. Address client inquiries and provide necessary information promptly.
5. Assist in coordinating meetings and presentations for clients.
6. Work closely with the team to manage and facilitate the reorder processes.
7. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
8. Monitor stock levels and communicate reorder needs to relevant stakeholders.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Business School diploma or a related field.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
5. Interest in the luxury jewellery industry and business operations.
6. Fluency in English and French.

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in luxury jewelry and business operations is essential.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Business School diploma or a related field.
