Pomellato Wholesale and Franchising Operations Intern

- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to wholesale and franchising operations.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for client transactions and agreements.
- Collaborate with the department in the coordination and management of buy-back processes and maintain records and documentation related to buy-back transactions.
- Address client inquiries and provide necessary information promptly.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and presentations for clients.
- Work closely with the team to manage and facilitate the reorder processes.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate reorder needs to relevant stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Business School diploma or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Interest in the luxury jewellery industry and business operations.
- Fluency in English and French.
No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in luxury jewelry and business operations is essential.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Business School diploma or a related field.
