Pomellato Wholesale and Franchising Operations Intern

- Assist in daily administrative tasks related to wholesale and franchising operations.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for client transactions and agreements.
- Collaborate in the coordination and management of buy-back processes, maintaining related records and documentation.
- Address client inquiries and provide necessary information promptly.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and presentations for clients.
- Facilitate and manage reorder processes in collaboration with the team.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate reorder needs to relevant stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Business School diploma or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Interest in the luxury jewelry industry and business operations.
- Fluency in English and French.
No prior experience required, but an interest in the luxury jewelry industry is essential.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Business School diploma or a related field.
