1. Assist in daily administrative tasks related to wholesale and franchising operations.
2. Maintain accurate and organized documentation for client transactions and agreements.
3. Collaborate in the coordination and management of buy-back processes, maintaining related records and documentation.
4. Address client inquiries and provide necessary information promptly.
5. Assist in coordinating meetings and presentations for clients.
6. Facilitate and manage reorder processes in collaboration with the team.
7. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
8. Monitor stock levels and communicate reorder needs to relevant stakeholders.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Business School diploma or a related field.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
5. Interest in the luxury jewelry industry and business operations.
6. Fluency in English and French.

No prior experience required, but an interest in the luxury jewelry industry is essential.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Business School diploma or a related field.
