1. Render specific customizations for both worldwide retail and wholesale networks.
2. Support the creation of innovative visual designs for planned window schemes.
3. Manage and update the photo and digital archive.
4. Assist with back-office activities.

1. Degree in Design or a related field.

1. Positive and proactive attitude; reliable, organized, and diligent.
2. Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
3. Passion and maturity towards work; motivated by a dynamic and multitasking setting.
4. Proficiency in MS Office; excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
5. Strong graphic abilities and exceptional aesthetic sensibility.
6. Fluency in English and Italian.

No prior experience required, but a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills is preferred.
