- Assist the Visual Design Coordinator in executing visual and design activities across retail and wholesale channels.
- Contribute to the development and production of window display concepts in alignment with company guidelines.
- Supervise production, prototyping, and installation activities, ensuring seamless interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate wholesale personalization requests and manage special projects, including image and prop development.
- Support the technical development, prototyping, and production verification of new props and packaging with external suppliers.
- Participate in the creation and development of B2B and B2C gifts.
- Contribute to the design and execution of special projects such as pop-up store designs and unique setups.
- Assist in the creation of visual merchandising guidelines using software such as Photoshop, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with regional teams on visual merchandising requests, including store personalization, new zoning, and event setups.
- Support showroom setups and special project executions.
- Conduct competitor analysis on visual merchandising, trade, and design on a monthly basis.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or related fields.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Rhinoceros/SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively within teams and work in an international environment.
- Interest in and passion for luxury goods, particularly jewelry.
Previous experience in a similar role involving window displays, special projects, or visual merchandising is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
