1. Update internal systems with orders and returns using the Stealth program.
2. Manage channel operations by preparing jewelry lists, organizing shipments, verifying sold pieces, and issuing invoices.
3. Support and organize physical events in the showroom, ensuring inventory accuracy and setting up jewelry displays.
4. Coordinate back-office activities during events to ensure excellent customer sales experiences.
5. Serve as the daily liaison with the Logistics Department for shipping and receiving jewelry through various channels.
6. Prepare online sales materials, including filling supplier templates and sending photos for publication.
7. Conduct qualitative post-event analysis.

1. Master’s Degree, preferably in Economics.
2. 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.

2. Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluency in English and Italian.
