Vintage Operations Specialist

1. Update internal system with orders and returns using the Stealth program
2. Manage channel operations: prepare lists of jewels, organize shipments, check sold pieces, and issue invoices
3. Support and organize physical events in the showroom, including inventory management and sales table preparation
4. Organize back office activities during events to ensure excellent customer sales experience
5. Coordinate with the Logistics Department for shipping and picking up jewelry through various channels
6. Prepare online sales by filling in supplier templates and sending photos and materials for publication
7. Conduct post-event qualitative analysis

1. Master’s Degree, preferably in Economics
2. 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury field

2. Strong interpersonal skills; team-work oriented
3. Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
4. Fluent in English and Italian
