Pomellato Vintage Operations Specialist

- Update internal systems with orders and returns using the Stealth program.
- Manage channel operations by preparing jewelry lists, organizing shipments, verifying sold pieces, and issuing invoices.
- Support and organize physical events in the showroom, ensuring inventory accuracy and setting up jewelry displays.
- Coordinate back-office activities during events to ensure excellent customer sales experiences.
- Serve as the daily liaison with the Logistics Department for shipping and receiving jewelry through various channels.
- Prepare online sales materials, including filling supplier templates and sending photos for publication.
- Conduct qualitative post-event analysis.
- Master’s Degree, preferably in Economics.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Italian.

Master’s Degree, preferably in Economics.
