- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, exemplifying top performance through clienteling and database development.
- Enhance conversion rates and acquire new clients through engaging selling ceremonies.
- Surpass personal sales targets by driving client relationships and conversion, contributing to overall business success.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and merchandise awareness.
- Ensure operational efficiency by maximizing store productivity and providing feedback on process improvements, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Lead by example, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a reference for the team in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Perform additional duties as required and communicated by management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Proficiency in in-store retail operations, including customer service, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Technological proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Self-sufficiency and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in luxury retail environments.
