1. Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, exemplifying top performance through clienteling and database development.
2. Enhance conversion rates and acquire new clients through engaging selling ceremonies.
3. Surpass personal sales targets by driving client relationships and conversion, contributing to overall business success.
4. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and merchandise awareness.
5. Ensure operational efficiency by maximizing store productivity and providing feedback on process improvements, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
6. Lead by example, adhering to company policies and procedures.
7. Serve as a reference for the team in the absence of the Store Manager.
8. Perform additional duties as required and communicated by management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in in-store retail operations, including customer service, merchandising, and inventory management.
2. Technological proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
4. Self-sufficiency and proactive attitude.
5. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
6. Physical ability to lift, carry, and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in luxury retail environments.
