Pomellato Supply Chain Manager

- Actively participate in the Pomellato Americas leadership team to shape strategic and tactical initiatives in alignment with Operations HQ guidelines.
- Enhance efficiency and productivity through comprehensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Evaluate current operational processes and performance, proposing improvements as necessary.
- Communicate and implement new directives, policies, or procedures to commercial teams, providing training and support as needed.
- Manage a team of 2-3 individuals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee 3PL performance, warehouse operations, and transportation activities.
- Supervise international shipments from HQ and coordinate with Customs Representatives.
- Manage temporary importations for commercial and PR purposes.
- Ensure service quality and cost optimization with couriers and freight partners.
- Lead annual stock takes and ensure compliance with logistics and customs processes.
- Supervise end-to-end order management, ensuring accuracy and high service levels.
- Support wholesale channels in collaboration with local sales teams and HQ.
- Oversee order flow, inventory allocation, delivery timelines, and return processes.
- Supervise international shipments to Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
- Manage the full after-sales process, ensuring repairs and replacements meet HQ standards.
- Collaborate with local laboratories for repair and rework activities.
- Track after-sales KPIs and support the deployment of global tools and ERP enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor system adoption and coordinate training with HQ IT.
- Degree in engineering or proven experience in operations/supply chain roles.
- Authorization to work in the US.
- Proficiency in ERPs and WMS.
- Knowledge of retail front-end and back-end systems.
- Successful team management experience.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in data analysis through Excel.
- Operational agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian is advantageous.
Previous experience in operations or supply chain management with a track record of successful team leadership is required.
Degree in engineering or a related field.
A competitive base salary range of $115,000 - $125,000 per year, subject to geographic differentials.
