1. Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients and present product details with precision and confidence.
2. Achieve and proactively drive store sales targets and KPIs.
3. Enhance brand recognition and client satisfaction through expert clienteling and aftercare.
4. Reconcile daily sales and inventory records accurately and maintain meticulous paperwork.
5. Adhere strictly to company policies and merchandising/stock management procedures.
6. Ensure merchandise security and implement loss-prevention measures to avoid theft and shrinkage.
7. Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned by store management or regional supervisors.

1. Minimum two years’ experience in retail brand sales; prior experience in the luxury or jewellery sector preferred.
2. High school diploma or vocational secondary school qualification.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, with strong competency in Excel.
4. Conversational spoken English for daily client interactions.
5. Detail-oriented, dependable and sales-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Emotionally mature, team-oriented, with a professional and approachable demeanour.
7. Available to start immediately is an advantage.

At least 2 years of direct retail sales experience representing a retail brand; candidates with prior luxury jewellery or high-end retail experience will be prioritised.
