1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve maximum sales and profitability.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service aligned with Pomellato's standards.
3. Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
4. Manage inventory, merchandise presentation, and stock levels in collaboration with the corporate office.
5. Oversee store operations, including compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
6. Recruit, train, and develop sales associates, ensuring continuous professional growth.
7. Handle customer complaints effectively, minimizing dissatisfaction.
8. Report and address any theft or discrepancies promptly.
9. Prepare staff schedules and approve time-off requests in line with corporate policies.

1. 3-5 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in luxury.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing store operations.

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Proactive and self-motivated with strong leadership abilities.
3. Team-oriented with superior interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

3-5 years of experience in retail supervision, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
