Pomellato Store Manager

- Lead the boutique’s commercial performance by defining and achieving sales targets, KPIs and store budgets.
- Analyze sales data, footfall, conversion and other performance indicators to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Implement corporate commercial strategies locally and translate brand objectives into an executable boutique business plan.
- Develop and maintain high‑value client relationships through structured clientelling and effective use of CRM tools; oversee boutique events and client activations.
- Provide inspirational people leadership: recruit, coach, appraise and develop the sales team to ensure product mastery and best‑in‑class selling ceremonies.
- Oversee daily boutique operations, back‑of‑house processes, cash reconciliation and compliance with operational standards.
- Optimize resources, processes and workflows in close collaboration with HQ to ensure operational excellence and efficient communication.
- Minimum five years’ experience in luxury retail management, preferably within jewellery or luxury accessories.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven, data‑driven approach to managing boutique performance and KPIs.
- Demonstrable experience managing and developing teams through coaching and performance management.
- Excellent clientelling skills with a track record of using CRM systems to grow long‑term client relationships.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.

At least 5 years in luxury retail management with responsibility for P&L, sales targets and team leadership; experience in jewellery or luxury accessories strongly preferred.
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Luxury Management or a related discipline preferred.
