- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital communications strategy across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with additional support for Line, WeChat, and Weibo.
- Oversee the production and creation of digital assets in collaboration with the Image team, from creative concept through logistics and post-production.
- Manage the creation and execution of the social media editorial calendar.
- Collaborate with the PR team to activate digital campaigns with global influencers.
- Coordinate the creation of newsletters and related calendars with Clientelling and E-commerce teams.
- Monitor, report, and respond to metrics across social media platforms.
- Manage budget allocation and reporting.
- Handle the creation of contracts with various suppliers in conjunction with Legal and Indirect Procurement teams.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Strong relational, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Office programs and Photoshop.
- Creativity, agility, and flexibility.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a team spirit and client-oriented approach.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury brands and current trends.
- Attention to detail and a sense of luxury.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion or jewelry industry.
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
