Pomellato Senior Visual Merchandising Coordinator

- Implement the strategic visual merchandising approach for product displays across retail, franchise, and wholesale boutiques, showrooms, and special events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align visual merchandising strategies with commercial objectives and ensure creative consistency.
- Develop and enforce visual merchandising guidelines globally, ensuring regional adherence.
- Coordinate in-store and window display executions across all regions and channels, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Support store openings and in-store events by developing product zoning plans and providing execution guidance.
- Coordinate visual merchandising training across all regions and channels.
- Prepare detailed status reports on visual merchandising activities.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser for a luxury retailer.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and creative skills with a keen eye for luxury aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is advantageous.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global regions.
- Willingness to travel as required.
4-5 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury retail sector is required.
