Senior Visual Merchandising Coordinator

1. Implement the visual merchandising strategic approach for product displays in all retail, franchise, and wholesale boutiques, showrooms, and special events.
2. Support the alignment of visual merchandising strategies with commercial objectives by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
3. Contribute to the development of visual merchandising guidelines for all boutiques globally and ensure regional adherence.
4. Coordinate in-store and window display executions across all regions and channels.
5. Support store openings and in-store events by developing product zoning plans and providing guidance.
6. Coordinate visual merchandising trainings across all regions and channels.
7. Prepare detailed status reports on visual merchandising activities.

1. 4-5 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser for a luxury retailer.

1. Strong project management and organizational skills.
2. Excellent communication and creative skills with an eye for luxury.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
4. Fully fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
5. Team player with the ability to communicate and work globally.
6. Highly motivated and energetic with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
7. Willingness to travel as required.

4-5 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser for a luxury retailer.
