- Implement the visual merchandising strategic approach for product displays across retail, franchise, wholesale boutiques, showrooms, and special events.
- Align visual merchandising strategies with commercial objectives through collaboration with Sales, Product Merchandising, and Regional Trade Marketing teams.
- Develop and enforce visual merchandising guidelines globally, ensuring regional adherence.
- Coordinate in-store and window display executions across all regions and channels, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Support store openings and in-store events by developing product zoning plans and providing execution guidance.
- Coordinate visual merchandising trainings across all regions and channels.
- Prepare detailed status reports on visual merchandising activities.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the luxury retail sector.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and creative skills with a keen eye for luxury aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
4-5 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser for a luxury retailer.
